We encourage our guests to dress in formal attire. For men, suits or traditional Nepali formal wear are perfect. For women, elegant dresses, sarees, or traditional Nepali attire would be wonderful. Please avoid white as it's reserved for the bride.

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful gardens of Queen's Palace, weather permitting. We have indoor backup arrangements in case of rain. The reception will be held in the elegant ballroom.

We love children and they are absolutely welcome! We'll have a designated area with activities to keep the little ones entertained during the ceremony and reception.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to find your seat and enjoy the pre-ceremony music. The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Absolutely! We'll have a variety of delicious vegetarian and vegan options available, including traditional Nepali vegetarian dishes. Please let us know about any specific dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Yes, Queen's Palace has ample parking space for all guests. Valet parking will also be available for your convenience. The venue is easily accessible by car or taxi.

We'd love for you to capture memories! Please feel free to take photos during the reception. During the ceremony, we ask that you enjoy the moment unplugged - our professional photographers will capture everything beautifully.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. Our catering team is experienced in accommodating various dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, and other special requirements.

We'll provide complimentary shuttle service from major hotels in Kathmandu to the venue. Shuttle schedules will be shared with guests staying at partner hotels closer to the wedding date.

While November typically has beautiful weather in Kathmandu, we have a stunning indoor backup plan at Queen's Palace. The venue's ballroom is equally beautiful and can accommodate our entire celebration.
